1. What is the best time to go to Nha Trang?

November and December are two months with a lot of rain, the rest coming to Nha Trang at any time is beautiful.
Note: If you go in the summer, the prices of all services will increase, not only in Nha Trang, so I recommend that if possible, you should go in the low seasons, the service will be cheaper and quality.

2. What kind of transportation to Nha Trang?

– To come to Nha Trang, I see most people go by plane. There will be 2 main means to move from the airport to the city center: Taxi and bus. Because the distance from Cam Ranh airport to the city center is about 35km, the taxi price is about 250k – 300k (VND). If you take the bus, the fare is only about 60k / ticket.
– If you take the train from Saigon – Nha Trang, the fare will be 220 – 700k. And from Hanoi – Nha Trang, the ticket price will fall in the range: 600k – 1400k. Depends on the type of train and seat. From Nha Trang station to the hotel around Tran Phu area will be about 4 to 5km, to get to the hotel you can take a taxi or call Grab for cheap.
– If you take a bus from Saigon to Nha Trang, the price will be about 170 to 250k.

3. Where to stay in Nha Trang?

Nha Trang has a lot of places to stay, if you want to be near the sea, you can choose hotels around Tran Phu street. If you want to be near 2/4 square or the night market, you can choose hotels on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ton Dan, Nguyen Thien Thuat, Hung Vuong, Hoang Hoa Tham, and Tran Hung Dao streets.

Seafood:
– All the shops below near Cau Da port (Co Lien, Tam Meo, Thanh Suong …).
– Bien Duong restaurant – Tran Van On
– Shops on the South embankment.
– Restaurants on Dang Tat Street (I often eat at A Beo restaurant).
Note: The shops in Ba Lang or along Pham Van Dong street are very expensive.

Can cake:
– 151 Hoang Van Thu (near the junction of Hoang Van Thu and Le Thanh Phuong). The opening time of the shop is from 6am to 9am. The shop sells traditional banh can, traditional cakes, only chicken eggs, quail eggs and beef. Prices range from 18,000 to 25,000 VND.
– Banh Can 165 Nguyen Trai (The shop is located near the intersection of Nguyen Trai – Cao Ba Quat). The restaurant is open from 15:00 to 21:00.
