‘Fascinating Leh Ladakh With Turtuk Excursion’ introduced by IRCTC

The Indian Railways Tourism and Catering Corporation (IRCTC), introduced ‘Fascinating Leh Ladakh With Turtuk Excursion’ an amazing excursion for travellers.

This is a seven days/six-night package that starts from August this year and is targeting people who have been planning their Leh Ladakh trip,

Priced at 39,400 INR PP, the first trip of this interesting air-tour package will begin on August 12, the second on August 17, and the third on August 27 from Ahmedabad airport. The package includes your return flight tickets, hotels, meals and sightseeing.

The journey takes travellers to fascinating destinations of Leh, Nubra, Turtuk, Pangong and Leh.

Here is the day to day itinerary.

Day 01: Board a flight from Ahmedabad, reach Leh by afternoon and get accustomed to the high altitude. Explore the surroundings

Day 02: After having breakfast, move towards Leh-Srinagar Highway and explore the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Palace. Experience the famous Magnetic Hill and see the gorgeous confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. Then head towards the popular Alchi Monastery and return to Leh.

Day 03: Post Breakfast, drive towards the famous Nubra Valley Then move on to exploring Dikshit and Hunder villages.  Here tourists can take a camel ride at their own expense.

Day 04: Explore the Turtuk valley post breakfast and come back to stay at the Nubra valley.

Day 05: Explore the famous Pangong lake and its region, this is the lake where the famous movie ‘3 Idiots’ was shot.

Day 06: Driving back to Leh post breakfast and On the way, explore the Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace.

Day 07: The last day of the trip where tourists will be dropped off at the Leh Airport.
