Here is a 2 day review of our Moc Nam Camplux Valley location. This is a new glamping spot, combining many activities in the journey, anyone who is trekking or camping can’t miss it.
Quang Binh on sunny days like pouring fire, right now I only really think of two things that can calm this 38-40 degree sun: the sea and the stream. My best friend and I have planned a few destinations this summer, but the time is not enough, so in the end, priority is given to short-term journeys. The place that we think is the most reasonable is a 2-day camping&trekking trip in Moc Nam Camplux Valley of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.
We departed from Dong Hoi to the operator’s house for about an hour. At first, I was quite shy about many problems, but when I got there, the excitement of the whole group made me much more excited and comfortable. We have 30 minutes at the operator’s house to arrange luggage for the porter to bring first into the campsite, equip the necessary tools and equipment as well as disseminate information.
After that, we set off and spent about 2 hours trekking. At first the terrain is quite gentle, gradually descending downhill and climbing over the cliffs. I encountered a small obstacle when clinging to the cliff, accidentally hit a sharp rock surface, so I cut my hand a little bit, and was given first aid by the guide immediately so it was no problem. The brothers and sisters in the group are all enthusiastic, very cute, I laugh a lot.
I don’t know when I was inspired by outdoor activities like this and this is my first time participating. Before starting the trip, I also prepare mentally that the way to the campsite will be very tiring for those who are not used to trekking. Maybe because it was my first time going like this, so the first 15 minutes of traveling felt really tiring, but because the group was so fun and many friends were also first-timers like me, so it didn’t matter, I also jumped to the top of the group.
And even if I was tired, it would all disappear when I reached the campsite, I was really surprised by the scenery here, the feeling of being around for joy so I forgot the fatigue before.
Arriving, the first thing after getting ready to receive the tent is to immediately change into a bikini and rush down to the blue stream bank, the water at the cave entrance is cool and beautiful turquoise. While I was having fun and enjoying that atmosphere, the brothers and sisters in the lead group were also preparing dinner for our group, the smell of delicious grilled chicken, bamboo rice, beefsteak and wine… Evening party. The lights are very bright, we can listen to the piano and sing. Thank you to one of the band members who brought a guitar so that we could sing along with enthusiasm.
Because this is a new tour, the tour guides all pay attention to each person’s experience and share very interesting things in order to have a trip towards discovery and connection with nature. Anyone can participate. Here there is no phone signal, internet.. separate from the bustling daily life, here is only fresh and pleasant nature. I have more lovely friends ♥️♥️♥️
Our group was full of young people, so it was quite fun, I caught up with a very humorous Hanoi guest. Our next morning started very early, had a light breakfast (food prepared by the porters) then sipped a cup of coffee by the stream, chatted, picked up rocks, quizzed, danced, …. Time flies so fast, I started to love the peace here, I don’t even want to go back.
Ending with a hearty lunch, the food is always delicious and well-prepared, our group begins to pack up and return. Naturally, there was a feeling of nostalgia at that time. The mountains and forests bring me a strangely refreshing spirit, naturally I feel proud and love my Quang Binh land more than ever.
This is a journey worth experiencing. The trip brought me many meaningful experiences and discoveries. I just want to remind you when planning to go on an adventure in the forest that is…. Remember to bring mosquito repellent.
