There are some interactive exhibits and guided tours are available, with something to hold the attention of any aged visitor. Outside the building, the pretty scenery is dotted with relic artillery and commemorative statues.

This man-made lake in the middle of Canberra, creates the picture-perfect setting for the monuments and sculptures that are located here, such as the National Police Memorial.
