Last week, I embarked on an incredible journey to the American Southwest, and what an amazing time it was! From towering cacti to ancient petrified wood, and breathtaking hikes in Sedona, the beauty and diversity of the region left me in awe at every step. Saguaro National Park: Where Cacti Tower Towards the Sky
My adventure began in Saguaro National Park, a unique desert landscape that boasts the iconic symbol of the American Southwest—the majestic Saguaro cactus. The park’s two districts, Tucson Mountain and Rincon Mountain, each offered its own charm and panoramic views of the desert and mountain ranges. The golden hues of the sunset casting shadows on the saguaros were a sight I will never forget.

From the Sonoran Desert, I ventured north to the Petrified Forest National Park, a place where time seemed to stand still.
