We have been out to the East Coast of Canada and visited Halifax Nova Scotia. We drive through Quebec and New Brunswick and then our first day in Nova Scotia we go to Lunenburg to see the Bluenose II and all the tall ships in to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday!
We visit Peggy’s Cove Nova Scotia and see the amazing Lighthouse and the ocean! It is the first time seeing the ocean and we loved it! Then we try lobster for the first time fresh from Peggy’s Cove.
We visit the Bay of Fundy and see the amazing Hopewell Rocks and the ocean floor! On our way through New Brunswick we also stop to see the world’s largest axe and the longest covered bridge in the world.

Drove to and discovering best things to do in Nova Scotia and loved everything about the city. The people, the history, hotels,the Harbourwalk, the museums, and especially the seafood. And it was totally dog-friendly! Loved it so much we’ll be going back next summer!
