Quy Nhon is a charming coastal city located in central Vietnam, known for its pristine beaches, lush green mountains, and rich cultural heritage. The city offers a peaceful and laid-back atmosphere, making it a great destination for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
If you enjoy outdoor activities, Quy Nhon is a great place for swimming, sunbathing, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The city also has a rich cultural heritage, with ancient Cham temples and Buddhist pagodas worth visiting.
In this article, we’ll take a look at a 4-day itinerary to help you plan your road trip through Quy Nhon, Vietnam.
Day 1: Hanoi – Quy Nhon
I booked a tour to pick up at Noi Bai Hanoi airport and go out with the tour price 690k/person (1 day tour)
Landing at Quy Nhon airport, I went straight to Ky Co beach. Just like the name “Maldives Vietnam” the sea is super beautiful, the sea is blue, the sand is white, the sun is shining ☀️ on the photo, it’s extremely beautiful 📷
At noon, I went to have lunch at Hoang Dat restaurant near Eo Gio (I like seaweed soup here very much). After eating, I went to Eo Gio, this place is no longer selling tickets, it’s free, everyone remember to check in with binoculars.
The view of this place is really beautiful. Around 16:30 I got back to the hotel.
In the evening, I chose to eat at Anh Vu restaurant with shrimp pancakes at 82 Dien Hong, here there are some dishes like Tre, Ram rolls, strange and very delicious. Especially, every table has a free iced tea pot.
Day 2: Have fun at your own expense in the beautiful city of Quy Nhon.
Because I have small children at home, I should take a day off to ensure my health.
My family went to Surf Bar and could eat Hue Loan Crab Hotpot (Phuoc Son, Tuy Phuoc, Binh Dinh) – a must-try dish (no one reviews, only locals eat it but it’s a bit far) – the best crab hotpot in Vietnam.
Day 3: Quy Nhon – North Phu Yen 690k VND/person
The first point is Mang Lang Church, a bit small, crowded but very ancient.
Next we move to Ganh Da Dia. strangely beautiful but also very crowded, you have to wait to take pictures.
Then we moved to Ganh Den, right next to Ganh Da Dia, this side is wild with few people, here I feel the peace of nature, away from the noise of the city. There is a very beautiful lighthouse here.
Around 12 o’clock we move to Tuan’s restaurant in O Loan lagoon for lunch, the seafood here is fresh and the price is very reasonable.
After lunch, we rest until 2pm and then move to Bai Xep. This place used to be the filming location of the movie “I see yellow flowers on green grass”. This is my favorite spot, the view from the cactus beach looks very beautiful. Blue sea, taking photos here is great.
Then we got on the bus to move through Thanh Luong Pagoda, a very beautiful temple inlaid with coral and very unique snail shells.
After that, I checked in at Rosa Alba Tuy Hoa Hotel.
Day 4: Quy Nhon – Hanoi
After getting up for breakfast around 13:00, I went to Quy Nhon airport to return to Hanoi.
Summarizing the trip, it must be said that Quy Nhon – Phu Yen is beautiful, the people are friendly, the food is very cheap.
