Varanasi railway station gets an all-new swanky state of art lounge which has recently been opened by The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). The executive lounge has been built to provide an enhanced experience for travellers.
This lounge will provide all the modern amenities for passengers waiting on board and for those who have arrived at the station early,
According to the five elements such as sky, water, air, earth and fire this lounge has been designed. This allows the tuning of our biorhythms to those of the spaces around us and is said to bring in a great balance in our lives.
The executive lounge at Varanasi Railway Station is available for guests at a charge of around INR 85 plus taxed every hour. For every extra hour of stay, passengers will be charged an additional amount of INR 60 plus taxes.
This executive lounge has amenities such as a Wi-Fi connection, TV, hot and soft beverages, multi-cuisine food, luggage racks, restrooms, newspapers, magazines, recliners, and shoe shiners. The most interesting addition to this lounge is a business centre that comes with a printer, photostat, computer, and fax machine.
This lounge also features a souvenir shop which allows guests to take a closer look at the art and culture of the city. Varanasi is an ancient city that is known as spiritual destination revered by Hindus and is visited by many tourists.
